The choice of content sent to the customer is completely flexible and customisable.  We can send back a WAP page/site, PDF, slide show, mobile voucher, video, audio, application or simple sms.

Every customer who engages has their mobile number and details added to the campaign database and every action by each customer is then tracked and logged.  At any time you can then generate accurate campaign metrics and management reports in lists, spreadsheets and diagrams / charts.

As engagement is effectively opt-in, you can then mailshot customers in the mobile database with news, new content, event invitations, video, prizes, tickets…
